Tracing our roots back to 1899 in Northeastern Nevada.  In those early days the emphasis was on providing exceptional services to the client.

From our early days as a civil engineering and land surveying firm, we have grown in size and diversified experience to match the development and sophistication of the region we serve.  Our services currently include:  mining engineering; civil engineering, including municipal and public works projects; mineral and land surveying; mapping and water rights.  Government and Private Sector clients are offered professional assistance by experienced engineers and surveyors to successfully complete any project.  Throughout the history of our firm, CE&S has earned a reputation for efficiency within our area of the Intermountain West.
